AUNT ANNIE'S CHEESE BALL
I'm asked to bring this to every family function. This is my great aunt's recipe and when she could no longer make it, I took over. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. You can use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese for this, but it will not get hard and form a ball. If you make it with low-fat ingredients, place the mixture in a bowl or decorative crock and top with crushed pecans. Cook time does not include chill time.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except 1 1/2 c chopped pecans with mixer till throughly combined.
- Form into two medium balls or one large ball. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate till hardened (about 1 hour or so).
- Remove from fridge and undo wrap and roll in remaining crushed pecans.
- Enjoy with assorted cracker, we like Triscuits and Club crackers best.
OLD SCHOOL CHEESE BALL
Gotta love this recipe. . .totally from a past generation, but not forgotten. I make this frequently and got the recipe from a co-worker named Karen about 8 years ago. Simple, yet a crowd-pleaser; the kids will even eat it! I have frozen this cheese ball with great results, so feel free to make 1 for now and 1 for later - just don't roll it in nuts until it has been thawed out.

Steps:
- Let all three cheeses get to room temperature.
- With a blender, mix together all ingredients EXCEPT the nuts.
- Shape into 1 or 2 balls (I always do 2 so that there are more nuts to go around).
- Roll each cheese ball in nuts, place on a piece of waxed paper and put in the fridge to set up.
- Serve with buttery crackers on the side.
AUNT JEANE'S CHEESE BALL
This came from a lifelong friend's aunt. Every flavor blends very nicely and is a hit everywhere I take it. It has recently been named my "Awesome Cheeseball".

AUNT LORI'S CHEESE BALL PINWHEELS
Aunt Lori always has the best cheese ball. Instead of serving it in traditional cheese ball style she would spread it in flour tortillas, roll them & cut them in to pinwheel slices. Much easier when you are on the go with them.
