14 oz asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz salmon, 4 fillets

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add the asparagus onto a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, add the olive oil, honey, and garlic. Mix until well combined. Coat salmon with mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve now or refrigerate in airtight container up to 3-4 days.

2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Additional sea salt, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add asparagus in batches; cook, uncovered, 1-2 minutes or just until crisp-tender. Drain and pat dry., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. , Transfer asparagus to a large bowl; drizzle with glaze and toss gently to coat. 1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Snap off tough ends of asparagus spears.
  • Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in 12-inch skillet. Add asparagus. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 8 to 12 minutes or until stalk ends are crisp-tender; drain.
