Tips for Making Perfect Apricot Almond Blondies

Here are some additional tips and tricks to help you make the perfect apricot almond blondies:
Tip 1: Use good quality ingredients
When making any recipe, it's essential to use high-quality ingredients. Make sure you are using fresh, high-quality apricots and almonds for the best possible flavor.
Tip 2: Chop the mix-ins evenly
When chopping your apricots and almonds, make sure to chop them into small, even pieces. This will ensure that they are distributed evenly throughout the blondies.
Tip 3: Don't overmix the batter
When adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough, chewy blondies.
Tip 4: Use parchment paper
Lining your baking pan with parchment paper will make it much easier to lift the blondies out of the pan once they have finished baking.
Tip 5: Allow the blondies to cool completely
Allowing the blondies to cool completely before cutting them into squares will help prevent them from crumbling and falling apart.
Tip 6: Store leftover blondies properly
