2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
2 cups apple butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place egg whites in a small bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Line a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan with waxed paper and grease the paper. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside., In a large bowl, combine remaining flour and sugar; add the cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, cloves and baking soda. 1 cup apple juice or water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
