Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F Grease 9x9 square pan.
- Mix apple chunks and brown sugar and spread in bottom of baking dish.
- Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended and pour over apples.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
- Bake uncovered 30 - 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain. , In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325° until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, stir together bacon, apple, cheese, onion, sage and salt. In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, milk and eggs with fork until well blended.
- Spoon slightly less than 1 tablespoonful Bisquick mixture into bottom of each muffin cup. Top each with about 1/4 cup bacon mixture. Top with remaining Bisquick® mixture.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and edges are golden. Cool 5 minutes in pan; transfer to cooling rack to cool slightly before serving.

- Preheat oven to 325°. Spread mayonnaise on 1 side of each slice of toast and cut into small pieces. Arrange toast, mayonnaise side up, in a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Top with cheese slices and bacon., In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, 2 minutes.
