If you prefer to pick and devein your shrimp, make sure to remove the vein that runs along the back of the shrimp.
Tip #2: Season Your Shrimp Well
Next, seasoning the shrimp is vital in creating a flavorful cajun shrimp bites appetizer. Cajun seasoning is a blend of spices such as paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. You can either purchase the pre-made seasoning or make your own seasoning blend. Marinate your shrimp in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow the flavors to penetrate the shrimp. If you are short on time, you can also sprinkle the seasoning on the shrimp before cooking.
Tip #3: Add Some Heat

If you prefer a milder version, you can use less cayenne pepper. You can also add fresh jalapeno peppers or chili flakes to the dish to give it an extra kick. However, be mindful of your guest's tolerance for spice levels.
Tip #4: Use a Skewer
