Steps:
- For the filling: Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon sugar and avocado to a food processor and blend on high until smooth and aerated. Scoop into a piping bag or sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- For the logs and insects: Choose a tip for piping or cut a hole in the corner of the plastic bag. Place the celery leaves in the recess of the celery stalks and pipe the filling over them, leaving a bit of the leaves sticking up on the sides of each. Top with one of each "insect"--a raspberry, raisin, dried cherry and pretzel--along the length or make logs to your liking.

FANCY ANTS ON A LOG
I think I'm going to alternatively name it "Gentlemen Ants On A Log". This is just yummy. I made it up for my sister's bug party--we're doing something a little more adult, and a little more fancy, so I updated the recipe for grown-ups (of course, it is still kid-friendly). I used a mixture of imitation honey and splenda--so yes, fiddle with the sweetness and honey flavor as you like.

Steps:
- Optional Step: Soak raisins in just enough rum to cover for at least one hour, or overnight. You can cook the rum first for a nonalcoholic version for kids. Drain before using.
- Cut the celery stalks into 2-3 inch logs.
- Cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and honey (the cream cheese and peanut butter can be eyeballed to equal parts; the honey is more to taste. When I'm done, it tastes almost like cheesecake).
- Spread the peanut butter mixture into the valleys of each log. Alternatively, fill a dessert decorator and pump the peanut butter mixture into the valley like frosting.
- Line up raisins along the center.
- Variation:.
- I won't put up a different recipe for every nifty ants on a log idea I come up with, so here are a couple of ideas:.
- Spread nutella down the valley of the celery and garnish with raisins.
- Or, spread Recipe #120220 over the valley of the celery and garnish with raisins.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the spread. In a bowl add cream cheese, sour cream and Hidden Valley® Original® Ranch Dips Mix. Fold with a rubber spatula until combined.
- 2. Toast walnuts. In a pan on medium heat add walnuts and toast while tossing until fragrant and a sample is warm throughout, soft and slightly chewy. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- 3. Mix toppings and assemble. In a shallow bowl toss walnuts, raisins and cranberries. Fill the concave side of each celery section with the cream cheese spread. Press each "log" spread-side-down on the topping mixture to get toppings to stick. Serve room temperature with the filled side facing up.
