AMARETTO FREEZE
Amaretto Ice Cream Treat! Quick & easy, but delicious. If you'd like, you can add some half and half or some milk to each serving and make a nice milkshake! Cooking time is freezing time.

Steps:
- Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well to combine. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add one'third of ice cream mixture and process untile smooth. Transfer ice cream mixture to a freezer container. Repeat procedure twice. Freeze until firm.
- Serve in brandy snifters or wine glasses. Top each serving with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Steps:
- Mix amaretto and brown sugar together and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Combine the Amaretto mixture and the ice cream in container of blender and process until smooth. You may serve immediately in brandy snifters or pour mixture into parfait glasses. Fill 3?4 full and freeze. When ready to serve, top with a spoon of whipped cream and a cherry. Serves 6 as an after dinner drink. Double recipe to serve 6 for a parfait. Editor's Extra: I make this with non-fat vanilla yogurt so I can justify refills. Better plan on making several batches.
