- 1. In a large resealable bag, add the pork, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, lime juice, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Seal and shake up to combine well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. 2. While the pork is marinating, if using bamboo skewers, pre-soak them in water for about 20 minutes prior to using them. That will help the skewers to not burn up when exposed to the flame. 3. Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan, and lightly grease the grates with a small amount of vegetable oil, or nonstick cooking spray. 4. Thread the skewers with the marinated pork, fresh pineapple, and red pepper, alternating back and forth; discard the marinade. 5. Grill for about 2 minutes on each side, getting grill marks and until fully cooked. 6. Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds.

Thread the sausages, water chestnuts, pineapple and red pepper alternately onto 14 metal or soaked wooden skewers. , In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, nutmeg, pepper and reserved pineapple juice., Grill kabobs, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the sausages are browned, basting occasionally with marinade.

Process to Make Aloha Pork Kabobs
- Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- In a mixing bowl, add garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix it well to get a marinade.
- Cut the pork loin into 1-inch cubes and put them into the bowl with the marinade, mix it well and leave it for half an hour for the pork to marinate into the mixture.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat or preheat the outdoor grill.
- Thread the pork onto the soaked skewers, add jalapeno, red onion, pineapple, red, and green bell pepper, and sliced zucchinis in between to create perfect kabobs.
