2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 c finely chopped yellow onion
1/3 c slivered almonds
1 c long grain white rice, uncooked
2 c chicken broth
1/4 c lime juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
ground black pepper, to taste
2 tsp grated lime zest
fesh chopped parsely, for garnish
