EASY BATTER FRUIT COBBLER
Short of serving store-bought ice cream, you won't find a simpler, more delicious dessert than this fruit cobbler. Use any juicy summer fruit: peaches, nectarines, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries. And if you use frozen berries, this dessert can be assembled in less than 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position, and heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put butter in an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan; set in oven to melt. When butter has melted, remove pan from oven.
- Whisk flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Add milk; whisk to form a smooth batter. Pour batter into pan, then scatter fruit over batter. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tb. of sugar.
- Bake until batter browns and fruit bubbles, 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of whipped cream or a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.
- Pour batter in baking dish over the butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

7UP FRUIT COBBLER
A coworker was talking about how good this was so I thought I'd pass the recipe on. You can use any frozen fruit you like.

- 1. Spray a 9x13 pan and spread frozen fruit evenly in bottom of the pan.
- 2. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the frozen fruit.
- 3. Slowly pour the 7up over the dry cake mix.
- 4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- 5. I let mine cool but I'm guessing it would be great served warm with either ice cream or whipped cream
BLUEBERRY CHERRY 7UP COBBLER
This will be one of my desserts for the holidays this summer. Im always bringing the jello cake topped with a fruit flag, And I dont think I'l get away with not making it anyway. But decided to make my easy cobbler recipe bringing cherries and blueberries to the dish. Hope you all enjoy this simple recipe.

Steps:
- Spray bottom of large baking dish. Pour both cans of fruit filling on bottom. Cover with cake mix. Pour cherry 7up over.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, for 35min. Sprinkle sugar on top if desired and bake additional 10min. Baking time total 45min. Serve warm with icecream. Or if taking to party decorate with coolwhip and fruit of choice.
- Mix and match fruits or cake mixes. Change up for any holiday!
