1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa

Steps:

  • Cream sugar and butter together.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Stir flour and cocoa together, then add into egg mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Grease a GLASS pie pan and then coat with sugar.
  • Pour brownie mixture into sugared pie pan.
  • Microwave 4&1/2- 5 minutes.
  • Let sit until cool.
  • Optional:To sprinkle powder sugar over the top of the brownie.

1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Melt butter until soft but NOT runny.
  • Cream butter and sugar in a large boal.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar cream. Mix well until smooth.
  • In a separate boal (Small or medium boal will work), stir flour and cocoa- powder thgeather.
  • Add flour mix to egg mix.
  • Grease a glass pie pan, coat with sugar.
  • Pour you brownie mix into your pie pan.
  • Microwave for 41/2 - 5 minutes.
  • Let sit until cool and eat.

2 cups white sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup walnut halves

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.
