- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 bite-sized pieces and toss them with the apple pie filling.
- Place the mixture into your prepared dish and bake uncovered in the center rack of your oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread the frosting that came with the tube of cinnamon rolls all over the top.
- Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream.

- In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until well blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into sugar mixture (batter will be thick). - To make cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine granulated sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, apples, oil and vanilla. Add mixture to the dry ingredients, and stir just until well mixed. Batter will be thick. Pour cake batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
