BEST ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

Best Zucchini Casserole image

This is a creative, unusual casserole that's one of my grandmother's favorites. It combines zucchini and bell pepper with Cheddar cheese, spices and crispy corn flakes. Bread crumbs can be used in place of cornflakes.

ZUCCHINI SUPREME

Zucchini Supreme image

This dish features garden ingredients, it has a great flavour, and a great way to use up any zucchini from the garden. I usually just lightly saute the zucchini instead of boiling it, but that is optional.
