- 1. In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together; whisk until well blended.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- 3. Note #1: If you want to use fresh garlic, keep in mind that garlic flavor will intensify as it sits.
- 4. Note #2: Increase or decrease the amount of buttermilk for your purposes. For example if you want to use it as a dip for chicken wings, don't go over a 1/4 cup. If you want to use as a salad dressing, increase volume to your liking.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Place salad dressing in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip pork chops in dressing, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Place on a rack in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
