2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

1 c miracle whip®
1/2 c light sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder (substitute 1 small clove garlic, pressed)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
4-6 dash(es) hot sauce, such as cholula®
1 pinch ground himalayan sea salt
1/4 c buttermilk, or more for consistency

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together; whisk until well blended.
  • 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • 3. Note #1: If you want to use fresh garlic, keep in mind that garlic flavor will intensify as it sits.
  • 4. Note #2: Increase or decrease the amount of buttermilk for your purposes. For example if you want to use it as a dip for chicken wings, don't go over a 1/4 cup. If you want to use as a salad dressing, increase volume to your liking.

1/3 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
6 bone-in pork loin chops (8 ounces each)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place salad dressing in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip pork chops in dressing, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Place on a rack in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
