ZIPPY DEVILED EGGS

Steps:
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard and hot pepper sauce. , Pipe or stuff into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.

- Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.

- 1. Slice boiled eggs in half. Over a medium bowl, squeeze eggs gently from end to end to remove yolk; set whites aside.
- 2. Add mayonaise, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, and bacon; mix with an electric mixer until creamy.
- 3. Place mixture back into whites.
- 4. Top each egg separately, some with olive slices, some with tiny shrimp, some with roasted red pepper; sprinkle with dillweed. (Remember to leave some plain to top with paprika for those who like them plain.)

- Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, horseradish and 4 egg yolks until well blended. Add ham and peppers; mix well. Refrigerate remaining yolks for another use. (See Tip.)
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into egg white halves; sprinkle with paprika.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
