ACTUALLY DELICIOUS TURKEY BURGERS
This is a simple and delicious recipe. After making them the first time my husband said 'no more' to beef burgers. These are really good - any cooking method may be used, and they freeze very well. The recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves.

- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 patties.
- Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).

YUMMY TURKEY BURGERS
This is a delicious turkey burger that my husband absolutely loved. He had no idea they were made of ground turkey!

Steps:
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
- Mix first 8 ingredients by hand and form four hamburger patties.
- Put patties in skillet and cook until carmelized, about 8-9 minutes per side.
- Remove patties from skillet and top with cheese. Cover patties with foil to allow cheese to melt. Saute mushrooms in pan for about 3 minutes.
- Put patties on bun, top with mushrooms and raspberry chipotle sauce and serve.
