2 cups diced potatoes
1/2 cup minced onion
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans minced clams
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons butter

Steps:

  • Cook first 5 ingredients with the juice from the clams.
  • Cook gently until potatoes are tender.
  • Add clams.
  • Mix milk and flour.
  • Stir into soup.
  • Cook and stir until thickened.
  • Add butter.

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cans (6.5 oz. each) clams
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 qt half-and-half
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Dice vegetables and put in a pan. Drain clam juice and pour over vegetables. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Simmer until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).
  • In another pan melt butter, add flour and stir together. Then with a whisk stir in half-and-half and salt until smooth and thick.
  • Add vegetables and clams into sauce. Add sugar and heat through.

1 medium onion,chopped
1qt half and half
3 cans campbells cream of potato soup (undiluted)
2 cans campbells old english style clam chowder (undiluted)
3 cans minced clams with juice

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in saucepan,add onions and cook until onions are transparent.
  • 2. Set crockpot on low,add remaining ingredients. Cook on low temperature for 4-6 hours.
