My mom has been making this chicken spread/dip since I was a little kid, and it's always a hit at parties!

8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 small onion (finely chopped (about ¼ cup))
4.25 ounce can chicken
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined.
  • Serve with assorted crackers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
½ teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk white chicken, drained

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, minced onion, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl until well-blended. Stir in the chicken, breaking up any large pieces. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until coarsely chopped. Use as a sandwich spread or serve on crackers.

Can't believe this has never been posted. Wonderful spread. Guests can never figure out what is in it. The chicken is cans of Underwood chicken spread. Prep time does not include refrigeration time.

1 tablespoon garlic wine vinegar (or vinegar with garlic added)
2 (5 ounce) cans chicken, spread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup pecans, chopped, can use walnuts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup chives
1 pint sour cream
ginger, to taste
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon minced onion, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix together vinegar, chicken, mayo, pecans, ginger, salt & onion. Form into a mound on serving plate. Top entirely with sour cream & chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Serve with your favorite crackers.
