1 gallon Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush, chilled
1 bottle (2 liters) lemon-lime soda, chilled
2 pints vanilla ice cream
Optional: Fresh blueberries and lime wedges

Steps:

  • In a punch bowl, combine Hawaiian Punch and soda. Top with scoops of ice cream. If desired, garnish each serving glass with fresh blueberries and lime wedges.

1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale (such as Canada Dry®)
1 quart lime sherbet

Steps:

  • Heat lime sherbet in the microwave to defrost slightly, about 10 seconds. Place in a large serving bowl and cut into small chunks. Pour in enough ginger ale to cover sherbet and fill bowl.

3 limes, juice of or 1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup sparkling water
1 scoop lime sherbet or 1 scoop lime sorbet

Steps:

  • Juice limes to obtain 1/4 cup lime juice (or use 1/4 prepared juice!).
  • Combine lime juice and sugar--stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Add sparkling water and stir till mixed.
  • Taste and add more sugar if desired.
  • Place sherbet in a tall glass and pour lime mixture over top.

Yield Makes 1 serving.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 limes
3 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
1 cup sparkling water
1 scoop lime sherbet or sorbet

Steps:

  • Place 1 lime on the cutting board and cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from each half into a measuring cup. Repeat with the remaining limes until you have 1/4 cup juice.
  • Put the lime juice and 3 tablespoons sugar in a small pitcher. Stir with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves. Add the sparkling water and stir until mixed. Taste and add more sugar, if desired.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop up the sherbet and drop it into a tall glass. Pour in the lime water. Serve immediately.
  • Variation: You can substitute rainbow sherbet or lemon sorbet for the lime sherbet.
