6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 1/4 lbs)
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups breadcrumbs (I used Panko)
6 slices bacon

Steps:

  • Coat chicken breasts in ranch dressing (even better if you marinate chicken in Ranch dressing in the fridge for a few hours but not necessary).
  • Dip the coated chicken breast into the breadcrumbs and cover completely.
  • Arrange chicken in a glass-baking dish.
  • Top each chicken breast with one slice of uncooked bacon.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.

4 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
½ (12 ounce) jar molasses
½ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch cayenne pepper
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Stir ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper, and black pepper together in a saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium low heat. Cook the sauce at a simmer for about 20 minutes.
