- In a bowl add 1/4 cup of milk, cover and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove bowl from freezer and with a hand held beater mix for 2 to 3 minutes on high, after reaching soft peaks, add vanilla and honey and continue to mix until stiff. Set aside. Blend remaining milk, bananas and sorbet in blender and pour into a glass tumbler, top with a dollop of banana whipped cream.

- For each date shake, place 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted dates, a handful, in a blender. Add 1 cup cold skim milk and 2 big scoops of French vanilla ice cream. Grate 1/4 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg into blender and blend date shake until smooth.
BLACK AND WHITE FROZEN SHAKES

- In a blender, for each shake, combine 3 squirts of chocolate syrup (about 1/4 cup) 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream (about 2 to 3 scoops), 2 cups skim milk and 4 ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and icy. Serve with straws in soda fountain or other tall glass.
