WHITE PEACH SANGRIA

White Peach Sangria image

This is my adaptation of a drink served at Applebees. It is so easy and cheap. The recipe I wrote is for a single 10-oz drink, but feel free to adapt to make a pitcher (or two :-) The brands don't really matter but these are my personal preferences that I wanted to remember. And feel free to add whatever fruit you like! Best if served chilled of course!

SWEET WHITE PEACH SANGRIA

Sweet White Peach Sangria image

This recipe originally started out from Food Network's Bobby Flay. After the first pitcher disappeared, in no time flat, I began to adapt (and perfect) this refreshing summer drink that left my guests not only asking for more, but for the recipe. I increased the amount of triple sec and peach schnapps, since I would add in club soda- to give a refreshing effervescent fizz to my drig. You can easily adapt this recipe to suit your personal preferences by using either a white wine (like a Sauvignon Blanc) or even a White Zinfandel works, too.

Provided by foodiewife_12461649

Categories     Punch Beverage

Time 15m

Yield 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (750 ml) bottle white wine (Spanish table wine, I used Sauvignon Blanc or White Zinfandel)
1/2 cup peach schnapps or 1/2 cup brandy
1 cup triple sec
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 ounces simple syrup, and cooled (equal parts sugar and water brought to a boil for 2 minutes in a small saucepan, leftover syrup can )
3 ounces white peach puree (peel peaches, remove pit and puree in a blender with a small amount of water) or 6 ounces peach nectar, can be used (much less work)
1 fresh peach, oranges (I also added fresh pineapple and cherries)
club soda

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to mix.
  • Refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours.
  • To serve you can add club soda to the entire pitcher, so give the sangria a "fizz". I prefer to pour about â..." club soda in a glass filled with plenty of ice, and then pour the sangria. Serve with a slice of fresh orange, for color.
  • Very refreshing. I recommend keeping extra wine on hand, as my guests wanted more...and more. Chilling this for at least 8 hours is good, but making it at the last minute works fine... color and fruity flavor won't be as rich, if the drink isn't chilled quite long enough.

PEACH MANGO PINEAPPLE WHITE SANGRIA RECIPE - (4.6/5)

Peach Mango Pineapple White Sangria Recipe - (4.6/5) image

Provided by kayjayjohnson

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 bottle white wine (chardonnay, pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, or similar)
1/3 cup peach schnapps
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste (or stevia, agave, or another sweetener)
3/4 cup mango chunks, frozen (you could use fresh but save money and buy frozen, plus they act as "ice cubes")
3/4 cup pineapple chunks, canned
1/3 cup pineapple juice (use whatever is in the can)

Steps:

  • Combine first three ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until sugar dissolves. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and refrigerate until chilled. I have successfully stored leftover sangria in my refrigerator for up to one week; your mileage may vary. Note: Flavors marry and mellow as time elapses. Sangria gets better 8 to 24 hours later, similar to spaghetti sauce. You can (and should) make this a day ahead of time for a party or event if time and planning permits. Recipe is highly flexible; use whatever frozen (or fresh) fruit you have on hand; berries, oranges, nectarines, peaches, etc. Use whatever wine and liquor you have such as Midori, Hyptoniq, Gran Marnier, Chambord, lemon/lime/peach flavored vodka, Malibu, etc.

WHITE PEACH, TARRAGON AND BUBBLE SANGRIA

White Peach, Tarragon and Bubble Sangria image

Tapioca pearls add a bit of whimsy to this bubble-tea-like sangria that's flavored with honey-scented elderflower liqueur and fragrant white peaches. It's a delicate drink, perfect for an Easter brunch or spring party or to serve with grilled fish or vegetables.

Provided by Food Network Kitchen

Categories     beverage

Time 4h45m

Yield 8 servings (8 cups)

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup small-pearl tapioca
One 750-milliliter bottle dry Gewurztraminer or other dry white wine
2 cups white grape juice
1 cup elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germaine
1 cup loosely packed fresh tarragon leaves, roughly chopped
2 white peaches, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges
Ice

Steps:

  • Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the tapioca, reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 15 minutes. Strain the tapioca in a large sieve, and rinse under cold running water until cold. Spoon the tapioca into a 3-quart pitcher.
  • Add the wine, grape juice and liqueur to the pitcher, and stir to combine. Add the tarragon and peaches, and cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sangria to chill, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
  • To serve, fill 8 glasses halfway with ice. Stir the sangria to redistribute the tapioca, then pour the sangria, fruit, and tapioca into each glass.

1/4 cup Brandy or Triple Sec
2-3 tablespoons sugar
3-4 White Peaches
Juice from 1 Lemon

Steps:

  • TOP PICK: This recipe was the best and it's so simple. Add brandy and lemon juice to the bottom of your pitcher. Cut up the peaches into cubes and add with ice. Top with Cava or Prosecco and serve immediately. As you sip, the peaches macerate in your drink. For the picture, we added a little red wine at the bottom of the glass to give it a pink color.
