I completely made this up on the fly to satisfy my pregnancy craving for something sweet, chocolatey, and fruity. I hope you enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips, melted
1/2 frozen banana
1 pinch toasted coconut flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon stevia (or 1 packet)
1 cup coconut milk

Steps:

  • Add strawberries and banana into blender.
  • Put the white chocolate chips into a microwavable container until chocolate is melted. Then add to blender.
  • Place remaining ingredients in blender.
  • Blend for at least 30 seconds.
  • Note: The white chocolate may not perfectly blend with the rest of the smoothie, but the drink will still be smooth and taste great!
  • Pour and enjoy!
