3 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips
⅓ cup coconut oil
3 quarts strawberries
2 (12 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.
  • Dip strawberries in melted white chocolate mixture; set on waxed paper-lined baking sheet to dry.
  • Melt semisweet chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour chocolate into a pastry bag with a small tip or a plastic bag with a small corner cut off.
  • Pipe eyes and and open mouth on the dried white chocolate dipped strawberries to make a 'face'.

12 ounces white chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Lollipop sticks
Mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water; stir occasionally. Remove bowl; mix in oil. Drop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a teaspoon to quickly spread into a ghost. Place a lollipop stick at the base, spinning to coat. Add chocolate chip eyes. Refrigerate ghosts 5 minutes, then peel off.

24 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow s
1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), melted
36 small brown or black round candies

Steps:

  • Insert 2 marshmallows onto one end of each of 12 small wooden skewers.
  • Dip in chocolate, turning to completely coat marshmallows. Shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Place in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Add candies for the eyes and mouths. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
