I made this beautifully layered coffee drink in my Ninja Coffee Bar®. You can also achieve the same effect by slowly pouring the froth over the coffee.

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 packet stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
2 tablespoons sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
1 cup brewed coffee

Steps:

  • Heat milk and sugar substitute in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until simmering, about 2 minutes. Froth hot milk with an immersion blender until foamy.
  • Pour white chocolate syrup in a mug. Top with hot milk, holding froth back with a spoon. Pour coffee over syrup and spoon froth over coffee.

1/2 cup half-and-half
2 cups hot coffee
whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate and the 1/2 and 1/2 and heat over very low heat, stir constantly, until smooth and chocolate is melted.
  • Remove from heat and add hot coffee to chocolate mixture and stir.
  • Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and enjoy.

Yum, these homemade cookies are so good. Toffee chips give them a nice buttery flavor. White chocolate chips add some sweetness and just melt in your mouth. If you like your cookies soft and chewy, cook them for 9 minutes. We bet you can't eat just one!

DRY INGREDIENTS
3 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
WET INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
OTHER INGREDIENTS
6 oz white chocolate chips
6 oz toffee bits

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • 2. In a medium-size bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  • 3. Add 1/3 of dry ingredients to wet ingredients and thoroughly mix. Continue to add dry ingredients in 1/3 increments until all ingredients are combine.
  • 4. Add in white chocolate chips and toffee bits. The dough is a bit dry so I use my hands to combine these ingredients into the dough.
  • 5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap or wrap dough in plastic wrap.
  • 6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours before baking.
  • 7. I used a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and put them on your parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

1 (225 g) package white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened coconut, flaked
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 (200 g) package toffee pieces, divided
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping the two longer sides for easy removal.
  • Combine white chocolate chips, coconut, almonds and 1/2 cup toffee bits. Reserve.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and remaining toffee bits with butter; press into prepared baking dish.
  • Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs.
  • Sprinkle with white chocolate chip mixture; press down firmly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
  • TIPS: Substitute white chocolate chips with 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips.
