CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES WITH TENNESSEE WHISKEY
Here in Tennessee, we would put whiskey in our scrambled eggs if it was socially acceptable. Luckily, whiskey in your cookies is both acceptable and tasty! Get a glass of milk (or whiskey) to have with cookies.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together into a bowl.
- Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter until completely blended; beat in the second egg. Add whiskey and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
- Mix flour mixture into creamed butter mixture until just incorporated; fold in chocolate chips. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet, 1 to 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly browned, 9 to 12 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until crumbly. Beat in yogurt, oil and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into sugar mixture., Shape into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in flour. Bake until edges are light brown, 7-9 minutes. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., In a microwave, melt caramels with whiskey; stir until smooth. Spread over cookies. Drizzle with chocolate; sprinkle with salt if desired. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.

- Cream the brown sugar and the butter together.
- In separate bowl mix flour and spices together.
- Chop the candied fruits into small pieces.
- Out of flour take 1/2°C and dredge the chopped fruit and pecans.
- In separate container combine the milk and the baking soda.
- Add eggs to the creamed butter and sugar.
- Alternate adding the egg butter mixture with the whiskey into the flour mixture.
- Pour in the fruit and nuts and mix.
- Drop from a small spoon onto slightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 13-15 minutes.

CARAMEL APPLE WHISKEY COOKIES
Sorting through a box full of cookie recipes I came upon this one, decided to share.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until incorporated.
- 2. Now add the whiskey and mix. The mixture will look curdled.
- 3. Add the salt, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg and beat until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again.
- 4. Add the oatmeal flour and all-purpose flour slowly while the mixer is going. Mix until all the flour is incorporated. Add the grated apple, caramel pieces, and walnuts, mix until incorporated.
- 5. Using a large scoop, scoop rounded dough balls onto baking sheets lined with foil or parchment..Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
- 6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the foil or parchment. The caramel may stick so remove carefully to not break the cookies.
- 7. All done, have a sip of whiskey :)
BILL'S WHISKEY COOKIES
These cookies are super good snacking cookies. There is nothing better than these soft warm whiskey cookies right from the oven with a tall glass of milk or hot mocha! Great to keep on hand when you want something sweet, and they store well in the freezer. Enjoy!

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I use air cookie sheets. Grease each cookie sheet.
- 2. I use a Kitchen Aid Mixer mixing bowl, which is the FIRST BOWL, beat softened butter on medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3. In the SECOND large mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add the SECOND BOWL flour mixture to the FIRST BOWL, a little at a time while beating on low speed. After you have added the last of the flour, start adding the raisins, and the nuts
- 4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the greased cookie sheets, two inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- 5. Cool on a rack. Store in a tight container. Enjoy!
