1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, feta cheese and oil with electric mixer on high speed until well blended.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Serve with assorted crackers.

8 ounces chopped feta cheese
¾ cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon lemon zest
freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon minced oil-packed dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, and black pepper in a food processor. Pulse several times to combine. With motor running, slowly drizzle in 2 tablespoons olive oil until dip is smooth and creamy, approximately 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl or onto a plate and top with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and parsley. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve.
