Being observant about your weight? Want to get that protein in but not go over in fats? This is the ticket. Egg Bites are not only easy to make but are highly customizable to what you like at a fraction of the cost you will pay elsewhere, PLUS! They are pretty on the plate! If you have an instant pot, google the thousand recipes for egg bites. I usually serve this with fresh fruit or sliced tomatoes. Avocados are a hit, but high in WW points.
