Steps:
- Combine some salt and sugar in a small bowl, and pour onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rims of 2 glasses with a piece of watermelon, and dip the moistened glass rims into the salt and sugar mixture; set aside.
- Pour the watermelon juice, vodka, watermelon schnapps, simple syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glasses.

- Set aside a few watermelon chunks for garnish and pass remaining watermelon pieces through a juicer. Measure out 1/2 cup and 3 ounces of watermelon juice separately. Reserve remaining watermelon juice for a different use.
- Combine 1/2 cup fresh watermelon juice, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and allow watermelon-infused simple syrup to cool, about 30 minutes.
- Combine vodka, 3 ounces watermelon juice, 1 ounce watermelon-infused simple syrup, and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Place Tajin® seasoning on a saucer. Wet the rim of your glasses with the lime you just squeezed and roll the rim in Tajin® seasoning. Pour cocktail into the cups and garnish with watermelon chunks.

- Place 2 thin slices of cucumber in a bowl with basil leaves and sugar and smash with a fork until softened; pour in a teaspoon of watermelon vodka to loosen the mixture. Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker and transfer cucumber-basil mixture into shaker; top with remaining watermelon vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. - Place the piece of watermelon cut up into blender or food processor. Add the agave nectar and orange juice. Pulse for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into shaker with ice. Add the vodka. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with a piece of melon!
- Note: if you do not have a shaker with a strainer, strain watermelon through a sieve into a bowl after processing. Then pour juice into a shaker with ice, and add the rest of ingredients.

- In a small saucepan combine the sugar with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from the heat and let cool.
- In a blender add the watermelon, 2 tablespoons of the sugar syrup and the lemon juice and puree until smooth. Strain through fine mesh sieve into a bowl and discard the pulp.
- Fill a pitcher with ice, add the watermelon mixture and stir until chilled. Pour into chilled martini glasses and top with seltzer. Add vodka, if desired.
