BERRIES & CREAM SALAD

Berries & Cream Salad image

Berries and Cream Salad made using just 4 ingredients! Raspberries & Blueberries combine with Greek Yogurt, pudding mix and whipped topping to create a lovely berries and cream salad.

Provided by Jessica & Nellie

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box (3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix)
32 oz. container vanilla Greek yogurt
8 oz. container Cool Whip (thawed)
2 12- oz bags frozen berries*

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the Greek yogurt, stirring until well mixed.
  • Fold Cool Whip into the mixture.
  • Lastly, fold in the berries. I had set mine out for about 10 minutes before making the salad, but you can put them in frozen and they will thaw very quickly so you can serve the salad right after mixing.
  • If you don't serve the salad immediately, store in an airtight container in the fridge. When you're ready to serve, give the salad a quick stir and top with additional berries, if desired, to garnish.

FRUIT SALAD WITH VANILLA YOGURT

Fruit Salad with Vanilla Yogurt image

This is a recipe that my aunt made for me not long ago, and you can pretty much make it your own by adding your favorite fruits or taking out what you don't like. Also changing the yogurt flavor will change the taste as well.

SUMMER STRAWBERRY SALAD

Summer Strawberry Salad image

I was asked to take a salad to a backyard get-together and didn't want to just take the same old thing, so I came up with this recipe, which combines features of several different salads I've had in the past. Look for my recipes for balsamic vinaigrette and creamy orange soy dressings on this site. Both are excellent with this salad.
