WARM BREAD WITH GARLIC-HERB BUTTER
Pass the warmed loaf around the table and let guests tear off their own pieces. Leftover garlic-herb butter tastes delicious on top of grilled steak, chicken, or fish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a mortar and pestle, crush together garlic and salt to form a paste. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add parsley, chives, lemon juice, and butter; stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Place bread on a baking sheet. Warm bread in oven until crust is crisp, about 10 minutes. Serve with the butter.
WARM HERB GARLIC BREAD
A mini loaf of bread is spread with cheesy garlic butter and parsley then baked until warm.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Once the Sister Schubert Mini Loaf is thawed gently remove it from pan. Partially separate each piece and return loaf to pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Using a small metal spatula spread each side of the bread with the mixture. Spread the top surface with the remaining mixture. Place loaf in oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until warm. Serve.
