WARM SPICED CITRUS PUNCH

Steps:
- In a large kettle, bring 1 qt. of water and sugar to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in the remaining water. Add the orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, extracts and spices; cook and stir over medium heat until hot (do not boil). Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Combine apple cider, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a large pot; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain cinnamon sticks and cloves from punch before serving.

- In a large pot over medium high heat, dissolve sugar in 1 cup of grapefruit juice. Stir in remaining grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and cranberry juice. Bring to a simmer. Add in bitters and rum. Serve warm.
