VICTORY'S TURKEY CORN CASSEROLE
This is very tasty comfort food the flavors really combine together to make an excellent casserole--just good country cooking at its best.

Steps:
- Heat pan add ground turkey and onions brown turkey and onions till done drain and set aside.
- Cook egg noodles according to directions on bag.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Add turkey, onions, noodles, corn, cream of mushroom and chicken soups.
- Add sour cream.
- Salt pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top.
- Put in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour--enjoy.

GROUND TURKEY AND CORN CASSEROLE
This is very tasty! It originally called for ground beef and lots more cheese, but we liked it with ground turkey breast.

Steps:
- Brown ground turkey breast; drain.
- Stir in salt through tomato sauce and set aside.
- To make the crust, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, tsp salt, and baking powder; cut in butter.
- Blend in 1/2 cup of cheese, milk, and egg.
- Spread crust mixture over the bottom & sides of nonstick 9-inch square baking pan or glass pie plate.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

THANKSGIVING CORN CASSEROLE
A great inexpensive side dish for almost any meal! This is one of my favorites. I make it every Thanksgiving as it goes great with turkey.

- Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the cornmeal and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl; stir in the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, buttermilk, melted margarine, green chiles, and onion. Stir in the cornmeal mixture and 2 cups of the Cheddar cheese until only slight lumps of cornmeal remain; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until firmed and lightly browned, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese; let stand 15 minutes before serving.
