1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup raisins

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; mix well. Stir in raisins (dough will be stiff). Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 baking powder
1/4 c granulated sugar
1/4 c light brown sugar packed
1/3 c unsweetened apple sauce or mashed ripe banana
1/4 c butter meltted
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 c quick oats (rolled oats)
3/4 c raisins,or craisins

Steps:

  • 1. Note: You'll want to double the recipe. They are thst good.
  • 2. heat oven to 375 degree's line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with oil spray
  • 3. Sift flour,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon,and salt together
  • 4. in a separate bowl beat brown sugar,granulated sugar,apple sauce,butter,egg white,and vanilla together.
  • 5. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir to combine.Mix in the oatmeal,and add raisins,or craisins.
  • 6. drop by teaspoonfuls on to sheet. bake at 375 degree's for 8-10 minutes or until browned.
  • 7. Note: Drop in 2 teaspoon measurements for a bigger cookie.They will be 100 calories,and only 2 grams of fat per serving. You may also refrigerate the cookie dough for an hour before using. It will hold the doubt together better.

1 cup raisins
1/4 cup water
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the raisins, water, egg whites, and molasses.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  • Stir to combine.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, nonfat dry milk powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Mix well.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the raisin mixture.
  • Stir in oats.
  • On a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray, drop batter by teaspoonfuls.
  • Leave 2 inches between each cookie. They do spread a little bit.
  • Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden-brown (I baked mine for 7.5 minutes to keep them very chewy! Yum!).
  • Remove cookies from oven when they are done.
  • Place cookies on a wire rack to allow them to cool.

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks), room temperature
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats*
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, stir the brown sugar, butter, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and eggs with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Stir in the oats, flour and raisins until mixed.
  • For each cookie, scoop a rounded tablespoonful of dough, using a tableware spoon, and push it onto an ungreased cookie sheet with another spoon or rubber spatula, placing cookies 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown. Remove cookies from cookie sheets to a cooling rack, using a turner. Cool cookie sheets 10 minutes between batches.
