1 pint strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 tablespoon good balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Fresh mint, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place 6 glasses in the refrigerator.
  • In a large bowl, combine the berries, vinegar and sugar. Stir gently. Cover securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Spoon the berries into the chilled glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

2 teaspoons honey
1 16-ounce container strawberries, trimmed
1 8-ounce container blueberries

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, orange liqueur, and honey. In a large bowl combine the berries and the mint. Pour the dressing on top and toss gently.

1/3 c cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (splenda)
1 tablespoon triple sec (cointreau)
1 tablespoon of fresh mint, chopped
1 banana, sliced (optional)

Steps:

  • Stem and halve strawberries.
  • In a large bowl combine all the berries, lemon juice, splenda, triple sec and chopped mint.

  • Just before serving add sliced banana and toss again.

1 lb strawberries, hulled and quartered (if berries are large, slice again)
2 6 ounce containers, raspberries, rinsed and dried
1 pt blueberries, washed and dried
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c heavy cream
2 to 3 heaping tablespoons, powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture. Mix together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Set aside.
  • 2. In a bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth, with beaters.
  • 3. Gradually in small amounts, add the heavy cream mixture to the cream cheese. (This will keep it from getting lumpy.) Continue beating until all is added and smooth.
  • 4. Combine all the berries in a large bowl. Gently fold in cream cheese mixture, until completely combined.
  • 5. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!!

I was trying to decide what kind of salad to make for Church.I looked in the fridg and just started adding.I ended up with a wonderful refreshing salad.The Church Members went nuts over it.HMMMM should have added nuts lol.

2 package(s) 10 oz.each broccoli slaw mix
2 medium ripe peaches peeled and diced
1 cup(s) blue berries
2 can(s) med.size mandrine orange segements save some for topping
2 bottle(s) your favorite slaw dressing
2 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
1 cup(s) cauliflower, small florets
3 dash(es) salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Rinse all your fruits and veggies and let drain.While they are draining in a medium bowl pour your slaw dressing and poppy seeds,salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Pour salad and fruit into a large bowl.Besure and save some orange segements for topping.Pour dressing over salad and fold all together gently.You don't want to burst the berries.Top with reserved orange slices and chill about an hour before serving.
