  • Stir in sour cream. Microwave 30 sec.; stir.
  • Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers or baked tortilla chips.

3/4 cup diced tomatoes with green chili peppers (such as Ro-Tel)
1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Cube Velveeta cheese and place in slow cooker.
  • Cover and heat on low for 30 to 60 minutes, until melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tomatoes with chiles and taco seasoning. Cover and continue heating 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips or corn chips.

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (30 ounce) can refried beans

Steps:

  • Cut Velveeta into squares.
  • Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat or in crock pot stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
