This dip is something I came up with cleaning out my fridge. It's very simple and takes very little time to make. It is also one of my most-requested items. I'm sure it will be a family favorite for you too! Serve with crackers.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
2 cups bacon bits
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and cut into small dice

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing together in a large mixing bowl. Fold bacon, celery, and tomato into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

As a child, my mom made this simple veggie dip for me. It's what got me to eat an acutal vegetable! I now make it with 1/3 less fat or fat free cream cheese, but of course the real stuff is best. Cream cheese mixes best if softened to room tempreature.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 chicken bouillon cubes
5 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Heat water and bouillon cubes in microwave until dissolved (about 1 minute, may need to crush cubes with a fork once soft).
  • Mix in cream cheese with a mixer.
  • Refrigerate, serve with your choice of raw veggies.
