½ cup dry bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add breadcrumbs; toast until they just start to gain color, 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and salt. Stir in more breadcrumbs if the mixture is too wet; add a little more oil if too dry. Toast until golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes more.

1 -2 garlic clove, minced

1/4 c sesame seeds
1/3 c nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until there are no more noticeable nut pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Recycling a used Parmesan cheese container works great. May adjust nuts and yeast according to taste.
