This recipe was in my grandmas old recipe file, and I thought it sounded good, and pretty easy too, so I thought I would share it with everyone

Steps:
- cream together and mix well, powdered sugar, cream cheese,and butter.
- Then add cocoa, vanilla and nuts.
- Mix together with hands.
- Roll into long rolls and put in refrigerator overnight.
- Cut into pieces.

Steps:
- Melt butter over a low heat, add condensed milk.
- Crush wine biscuits by putting them inside a plastic kitchen bag and rolling them with a rolling pin until resembling large breadcrumbs.
- Pour butter mixture over biscuits, and mix in cocoa, sultanas and coconut.
- Press into a slice tin then ice.
- To make chocolate icing, mix icing sugar, second measure of cocoa powder, second measure of butter and water together - butter and water amounts vary according to personal taste. Too much water and the icing won't set well.
- Slice when cool, and store in fridge. Also freezes well.

UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE FUDGE!
Delicious fudge with out any cooking, simply superb! A must!

Steps:
- Break up the chocolate and butter into small pieces, put the pieces in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
- Leave untill melted, stiring 1 or 2 times.
- Remove the bowl from the pan, stir in the cream and vanilla essence.
- Gradually work in the icing sugar and mix well, next transfer to a buttered 8 inch square tin.
- Leave to cool untill set, then cut into 60 squares, keep in the fridge for perfect fudge
UNCOOKED FUDGE RECIPE

Steps:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler; mix the egg and sugar, cream them in as much as possible, add the cream until a thick paste is formed. Stir in the chocolate and melted butter, add vanilla and store away in a pan overnight to set. Cut into squares and serve.
