- Reserve 16 of the wafers. Finely crush remaining 24 wafers; place in medium bowl. Add sugar and butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Stand reserved wafers around edge of pie plate. Spread 1/4 cup caramel topping onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.

SUGAR FREE TURTLE PUMPKIN PIE
I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. This recipe was posted by cajungirl. Well that's the name of it but I disagree it's Sugar Free since the graham cracker crust has sugar in it. If a small amount of sugar doesn't bother you then I say go the easy way. If sugar bothers you, it's pretty simple to crush Sugar Free Shortbread cookies, crushed pecans and butter to make your own crust.
