Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix butter and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Place bottom halves of rolls in single layer in 13x9-inch pan; drizzle with butter mixture. Top with turkey and cheddar.
- Mix Neufchatel and mustard until blended; spread onto cut sides of tops of rolls. Place over sandwiches; cover.
- Bake 20 min. or until cheddar is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

- Combine spinach, scallions, garlic, turkey, and cumin in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Using a fork, mix gently just to combine. Form turkey mixture into twelve 1/2"-thick patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in 2 batches, cook patties until golden brown and cooked through (resist the temptation to press down on patties with your spatula while cooking), about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
- Serve turkey-spinach patties on buns with mayonnaise, onion, and pickles.
- DO AHEAD: Patties can be formed 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
TURKEY AND SWISS CHEESE SLIDERS
These Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sliders are made with sweet Hawaiian rolls topped with a creamy honey mustard sauce, deli sliced turkey, Swiss cheese and a buttery poppyseed topping.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup honey mustard until combined; set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan.
- Spread half the honey mustard mixture on the bottom half of rolls.
- Layer sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on top.
- Spread remaining honey mustard mixture on the top half of the rolls and place on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1/4 cup honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
- Spread mixture on top of rolls.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
