1 croissant (sliced in half)
2 slices of smoked turkey deli meat
1 slice of havarti cheese
1 roma tomato (sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
1 T. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place turkey on one half of the croissant, followed by the cheese then tomato, then avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Spread mayonnaise on other half of croissant and gently place on top.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced chipotle chile in adobo (to taste)
1 teaspoon adobo sauce, from chipotle can
1 croissant
4 -6 slices sliced deli turkey
2 slices tomatoes
1 slice leafy lettuce
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 slices provolone cheese

Steps:

  • Chipotle Mayonnaise:.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  • Spread chipotle mayonnaise on both sides of croissant. Layer on bottom, the lettuce, the turkey, cheese, tomato, avocado, and top croissant.

This is a to-die-for club sandwich. Don't skip on the veggies. We always eat our sandwiches with a fruit salad. Perfect for a hot summer day!

2 avocados, peeled and pitted
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
4 croissants, split
8 slices smoked deli turkey breast
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked bacon
8 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves
4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mash avocado in a bowl using a fork or potato masher. Stir garlic salt, lemon juice, and oregano into mashed avocado.
  • Arrange split croissants on a work surface. Place 2 slices turkey on bottom half of each croissant. Layer 1 slice Swiss cheese and 2 bacon slices atop each turkey layer. Place each croissant top over bacon layer. Arrange sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Open each sandwich and place 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf atop bacon layer. Lightly spread 1 teaspoon mustard and 1/4 the avocado mixture onto each croissant top. Return each top to each sandwich.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup chopped pecans
6 croissants, split
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
lettuce leaf

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, marmalade and pecans in small bowl.
  • Spread top and bottom of halves of croissants with cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer turkey on bottom halves.
  • Spoon 2 tbs cranberry sauce over turkey.
