EASY MACARONI TUNA CASSEROLE
This dish is super easy. It is also a very hearty delicious bowl of comfort food. The guys in my house loved it. I loved this recipe but I used cream of mushroom soup and added the cheese into the casserole. I also melted butter and added bread crumbs to the top before baking, then sprinkle top lightly with dill seasoning. The resulting casserole was very creamy and flavorful.

MACARONI TUNA CASSEROLE
This dish is so easy to fix, and the flavor is better than any tuna helper I've ever tried. It was a staple when I was in college since a box of macaroni and cheese and a can of tuna cost so little. -Suzanne Zick, Osceola, Arkansas

Steps:
- Cook and drain macaroni. If using the optional chopped celery, boil it with the pasta.
- In a bowl blend together the soup, milk, mayo, and dry mustard.
- Stir in cheese, tuna, and pimiento.
- Gently fold in macaroni/spaghetti and transfer into a 2 quart 8X8 inch casserole dish.
- Combine crumbs, butter, and paprika and sprinkle evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes or so. When the crumbs are a pretty color and the juices are bubbling around the edges your casserole is done.
BROCCOLI AND TUNA MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
This is what happened the night before we left for vacation when there was not a fresh veggie in the house, The milk was very low and no thawed meat. Instead of running to the store, I did a pantry casserole. Definitely not too healthy, but it is pretty darn good!

SOUTHWEST TUNA MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
This is one of my "favorite" tuna casserole recipes! It was Stacky5 at food.com who originally posted the recipe, but I did modify the recipe somewhat. I substituted one can of soup for another, plus I added a bit more of the macaroni. I really liked this dish reheated the next day in the microwave, as it was still nice and...

Steps:
- 1. Grease the inside of one 2-1/2 quart casserole baking dish; set dish aside.
- 2. Cook macaroni according to package directions to "al dente" (9 to 11 minutes). Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.
- 3. While the macaroni is cooking, in a large bowl combine together, the soup, milk, and mayonnaise. Then stir in the shredded cheese, pepper, and tuna. (If desired, sprinkle in a bit of salt.)
- 4. Stir in the cooked macaroni, then pour the mixture in the casserole baking dish.
- 5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly on top, then pour the melted butter over the bread crumbs.
- 6. Place casserole (uncovered) in a 350 degree oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes. (I baked mine for 35 minutes.)
- 7. Once heated through, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
- 8. *Note: Whenever I make this casserole, I always use Rotini pasta, and use 3 cups, which I cook anywhere from 10-11 minutes. Also, if I don't have a can of Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup on hand, but have a can of cheddar cheese soup, I'll use that, and I'll only use a half soup can of milk, plus a half soup can of mild salsa. I'll also substitute shredded Mexican cheese for the cheddar.
TUNA-MACARONI CASSEROLE
I found this in a casserole cookbook circa 1964. I "tweaked" it some. My kids loved it. My daughter makes it for her family too. Serve with lightly sauteed veggies and coleslaw

MACARONI AND TUNA CASSEROLE
I realize there are about a thousand tuna casserole recipes on this site, but here is my version. I know the processed Kraft mac 'n cheese powder isn't the healthiest (chemicals), but it sure is cheap, and I actually like it better in tuna casserole than regular shredded cheese. I toss in a bunch of veggies, so I don't feel as guilty... ;-) The added veggies also help stretch the amount of food. I "eyeball" the amount of veggies, but the amounts listed below should be pretty close to what I use.

CHEESASTRONIE SOUP OR LEFTOVER TUNA MACARONI CASSEROLE SOUP
As anyone who cooks for one or two knows, it's hard not to get stuck with leftovers. Since many of the meals I cook consist of portions too large for one sitting, I normally separate the remaining recipe into one and two person serving containers, and then freeze. Sometimes, such as when we are having a hectic day or perhaps just don't feel like cooking from scratch, we combine two of the individual recipe portions to create a new recipe or take one of those retro cans of soup and combine it with one of the leftover portions of my own recipes. #NOTE:My recipe for Tuna Macaroni Casserole is included ...

TUNA MACARONI CASSEROLE
This is another one of those "in every kitchen cabinet" type of recipes that I have been cooking for years. It originated because I basically didn't know how to cook (still not sure that has changed much). Now-a-days we use the recipe in those not much time to prepare situations and still enjoy remembering, as well as laughing about, how it was when my husband and I started our journey through life together.
