1 bottle (32 ounces) cranberry juice, chilled
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1 cup chilled tropical fruit punch
1 cup chilled orange juice
Assorted fresh fruit or edible flowers, optional

Steps:

  • Just before serving, combine the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl. If desired, garnish with fruit or edible flowers.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 banana
1 tablespoon coco butter
Coconut water to taste

Steps:

  • Put the frozen pineapple, banana, coco butter, spinach,and kale in the blender. Pour coconut water to fill about half of the mixture. Purée/blend until smooth. Make sure to blend very well so that there are no chunks of spinach or kale. The consistency should be only slightly thicker than a normal juice. Add coconut water as needed for the right consistency. For added yumminess, try adding 1/2 cup of strawberries and an extra 1/2 cup of greens.

5 ounces (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons) canned tropical fruit salad in natural juices, puréed*
Juice of 1 fresh orange
3 ounces (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) peach-flavored vodka
4 teaspoons sugar
Ice
Canned pineapple wedges, for garnish

Steps:

  • Equipment: Blender Preparation: Do ahead: Purée entire can of tropical fruit salad in blender. Transfer purée to a separate bowl/pitcher. Rinse blender bowl and return to base. For two cocktail drinks: Add to blender the juice of one orange, peach-flavored vodka, tropical fruit salad purée and sugar. Fill serving glass with ice, pour ice into blender and repeat adding another glass of ice. Blend well. Pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with canned pineapple wedges. Tip: Try substituting cranberry juice in the place of vodka for a non-alcoholic treat for the kids to enjoy. 1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1-1/4 cups orange juice, divided
1 cup sliced mango
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
6 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup of the orange juice in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 1 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  • Place remaining 1 cup orange juice, the gelatine mixture, mango, banana and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
