Number Of Ingredients 7

4 cups whole wheat fusilli pasta, uncooked
2 cups cut fresh green beans
3 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Almonds, toasted
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting the salt and adding beans to the boiling water the last 4 min.; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Place in large serving bowl.
  • Add chicken, pineapple, celery and nuts; mix lightly. Mix dressings until well blended. Add to salad; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir gently before serving.

2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon curry powder, or more to taste
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 large firm bananas. sliced
½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
¾ cup salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Place chicken and celery into a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and curry powder in another bowl; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Add pineapple, oranges, bananas, and coconut before serving; toss gently. Sprinkle with peanuts.

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
1 can (20 ounces) chunk pineapple, drained
2 large firm bananas, sliced
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Salad greens, optional
3/4 cup salted peanuts or cashew halves

Steps:

  • Place chicken and celery in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and curry powder; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. , Before serving, add the pineapple, bananas, oranges and coconut; toss gently. Serve on salad greens if desired. Sprinkle with nuts.

Kosher salt
3 cups dried elbow macaroni
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup cubed rotisserie chicken
1 cup diced English cucumber (about 1/3 cucumber)
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped pitted Nicoise olives
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers (about 1 whole)
1/2 cup 1/4-inch diced hard salami (about 4 ounces)
1/4 cup diced red onion (about 1/2 small)
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 ounces ricotta salata, grated, or crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup red wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, according to the package directions. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and shake until very dry. Transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl, drizzle 2 tablespoons of the olive oil over it and toss well to coat.
  • Add the chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, peppers, salami, onions and parsley. Season with salt and toss well to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and remaining 1/2 cup olive oil; pour it over the salad and toss well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. For best flavor, let the salad stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.

4 cups bite-size pieces romaine lettuce
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken breast (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
3 medium green onions, chopped (3 tablespoons)
1/3 cup Italian dressing
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 cup salted cashews

Steps:

  • On large serving platter or in large bowl, toss spinach and romaine. Top with pineapple, chicken, bell pepper and onions.
  • In small bowl, stir dressing and orange marmalade. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle with cashews.
