TRIPLE CLUB WITH COLE SLAW

3 strips bacon, cooked
3 pieces rye bread, lightly toasted
4 pieces turkey
Lettuce
Tomato
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chipotle, canned
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup sugar
1 head cabbage, shredded

Steps:

  • Assemble into a triple-decker. Spread recipe follows;
  • Food process and puree until smooth. Serve on triple-decker club or any place where mayonnaise would be used.
  • Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a bowl. When thoroughly mixed toss in cabbage. Let sit overnight refrigerated.

Very good and very tasty. Deli fresh meat, fresh garden tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh toasted bread with crisp bacon with a touch of basil and a touch of Miracle Whip topped with a slice of cheese--a sandwich lover's dream come true.

3 slices toasted bread
Miracle Whip
sliced deli chicken breast
fresh lettuce
4 slices cooked crisp bacon
3 slices fresh tomatoes
1 slice American cheese
basil

Steps:

  • Cook bacon.
  • Toast bread.
  • Spread Miracle Whip on toast slices.
  • Sprinkle a little dried basil on the Miracle Whip on the toast slices.
  • On the first slice of toast add the chicken breast slices; add lettuce on top of chicken.
  • Add second piece of toast with the Miracle Whip side up; add bacon slices, add cheese slice, and add more lettuce. Top with tomatoes.
  • Put third slice toast Miracle Whip side down.
  • Cut sandwich in half; serve and enjoy.
