TONNA'S STRAWBERRY COOKIES

Tonna's Strawberry Cookies image

An unusual and delicious cookie recipe! The cookies are nice and moist thanks to the addition of fresh strawberries. They add a ton of flavor too. I really liked the white and milk chocolate chips in the cookie. I found myself sneaking "just one more" and think you will too.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 box(es) strawberry cake mix
1 box(es) white cake mix
2 cup(s) diced fresh strawberries
2 stick(s) real butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon(s) real vanilla extract
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, room temp
1 package(s) white chocolate chips (11 oz)
1 package(s) milk chocolate chips (11 oz)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  • Add cake mix, one box at a time, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips by hand.
  • Add strawberries and mix on low speed with mixer.
  • Use cookie scoop or make into one inch round balls and place onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes - you don't want the cookies to brown at all!
  • Let cookies cool on a baking sheet for several minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. These cookies are soft and a little sticky on the outside because of the fresh strawberries but they are soooooo good!
