KID FRIENDLY TUNA MELT
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a small bowl, combine the 6oz tuna and the 1/4 cup greek yogurt. Mix until well combined and set aside
- Brush one side of all 4 bread slices with olive oil
- Place 2 slices of bread, olive oil side down on a sheet pan
- Equally divide tuna and greek yogurt mixture between both slices of bread. Spread out evenly
- Top both slices of bread with tomato slices, pickles and top with cheddar cheese slice
- Place reamining 2 slices of bread, olive oil side up, on top of sandwich
- Place in oven, until cheese is melted and top of bread is golden brown, about 6-8 minutes
- Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving
TODDLER TUNA SPREAD
My son and I share this for lunch twice a week. I'm so glad to get him to eat meat that is good for him instead of mystery-meat chicken bits! This would probably work well toasting in the oven, but with an infant and a toddler, I don't have the time for that!

Steps:
- Mix tuna, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat through in microwave (about 1 minute.) Be sure to stir as you go to help the cheese melt evenly.
- Toast the bread in the toaster. Cut off crusts (if necessary!).
- Spread the tuna mix on the toast and enjoy.

I found this on one of the cream cheese packages and I thought it was so easy! Looks very good and spicy! Oh yeah! ;) No hard work or sweat here!
