EASY 15 MINUTE PARMESAN TILAPIA
Flaky and tender tilapia is broiled in the oven and topped with the most delicious Parmesan Sauce. This is an excellent dinner that is done from start to finish in 15 minutes!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven broiler. Move an oven rack to the top position, about 6 inches from the broiler.
- In a small bowl stir together the grated parmesan, mayo, sour cream, softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, onion powder, capers, dill, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Set aside.
- Prepare a rimmed baking sheet by covering it with foil and then spraying the foil with baking/cooking spray.Lay the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet, not overlapping.
- Pop the tilapia under the broiler for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, flip the fillets over. Pro Tip - use a spatula to flip the fillets, they will be tender and flaky after baking.Divide the parmesan sauce evenly between the 4 fillets and spread over the uncooked side of the fish.
- Return to the oven and broil for another 4-5 minutes. The fish will be cooked at 145° internal temp.
- Serve immediately.

BROILED TILAPIA PARMESAN
Steps:
- Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
- Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In buttered 13-by-9-inch baking dish or jellyroll pan, lay fillets in single layer.
- Do not stack fillets.
- Brush top with juice.
- In bowl combine cheese, butter, mayonnaise, onions and seasonings.
- Mix well with fork.
- Bake fish in preheated oven 10 to 20 minutes or until fish just starts to flake.
- Spread with cheese mixture and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Baking time will depend on the thickness of the fish you use.
- Watch fish closely so that it does not overcook.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Note: This fish can also be made in a broiler.
- Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until almost done.
- Add cheese and broil another 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.

- For the fish: Preheat a broiler. Spray a small baking sheet or flameproof baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray. Set aside.
- Drizzle the tilapia fillets on both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the fillets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and broil until cooked through and the flesh flakes easily with a fork, about 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
